Salary/Rate:

Starting hourly rate is £21.99/hour but depending on experience can start on £24.09, Overtime Bonus and Shift Allowance, WeDoCare bonus

Your tasks

* Maintain machinery in an orderly condition according to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule.

* You’ll be working with the latest state of the art equipment

* Carry out repairs to first line production equipment utilising our extensive spares.

* Collaborate with other departments and use machine downtime (OEE) data to identify and implement improvements for increased uptime

* Minimise the costs of maintenance by optimising the use of resources and implementing cost-effective solutions.

* Participate in the improvements of machine operation, production process, standards and company procedures.

* Engage in various project activities related to machinery upgrades, installations, and modifications.

* Provide technical advice when required.

* Mentoring of apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practice to develop their skills.

Your Profile

* ONC/ HNC or Equivalent in Electromechanical/ Multiskilled or Engineering background

* Work experience in similar role

* Understanding of Production requirements,

* Advantageous in Siemens and TIA PLC programs but not essential

* To communicate effectively at all levels

* Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Working Hours: There is vacanies on either rotational shift or permanent nightshift.

Rotating Shifts (AM/PM):

* AM: Mon–Thurs 06:00–14:00 | Fri 06:00–13:10

* PM: Mon–Thurs 14:00–22:30 | Fri 13:10–18:20

Permanent Night Shift:

* Sun 20:50–06:00 | Mon–Thurs 22:30–06:00
