Your role

At Capgemini Engineering, we need an IIoT/OT Solution Architect to support an increasing number of large and complex programs and offer integrated OT/IoT/Cloud solutions in the Pharmaceutical sector. The work involves identifying and creating solutions within the Intelligent Industry (Industry 4.0) banner, with focus on Machine Intelligence that will include how data from across the factory is gathered and then used to drive efficiency across a collection of multiple technologies tailored to deliver improvements in productivity, lead time, information, IoT technologies, asset management, etc., often within several parallel projects and industries. The primary task is to develop and maintain professional solution requirement specifications and gain acceptance from internal and external stakeholders within specified quality controls and timeframes.

  • Shape and deliver strategic solution architectures by contributing to capability roadmaps, defining functional and behavioural requirements, and producing viable system designs across all time horizons.

  • Provide expert integration and consultation support by engaging with stakeholders, analysing existing systems, estimating project costs, and resolving development lifecycle challenges.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and with solid progression of subjects in the following or similar fields is advantageous:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.

Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience related to technology solutions architecture role.

Expertise with personal computers in a secure network environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) or similar software.
