WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and develop deep expertise in your specialist market:

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Use a variety of business development techniques to win new clients
Source, assess, and present high-quality candidates
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Collaborate with your team to grow our presence in key sectors
Contribute to expanding into new markets over timeWHAT WE OFFER

Base Salary: €34,000 (no degree), €35,000 (Bachelor's degree), €37,000 (Bachelor's + B2-level German)
Uncapped Commission:, Year 1 OTE: €45,000-€55,000, Year 2 OTE: €70,000-€80,000, Year 3 OTE: €90,000-€100,000
Training & Development: Structured onboarding, classroom training, and 1-to-1 coaching
Career Progression: Promotions based on merit, with paths for both individual contributors and future leaders
