Are you a PLC Programming expert with a passion for industrial automation and control systems? We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage and develop a high-performing Electrical & Controls team, delivering cutting-edge EIC (Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls) projects across a range of industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the PLC & Controls team, overseeing work packages and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

Allocate tasks effectively, set clear objectives, and support the team’s development

Drive technical excellence, implementing efficient ways of working

Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in PLC programming and control system design (e.g. Siemens, Allen-Bradley)

Background in electrical/controls engineering within industrial/process environments

Good understanding of control systems theory and instrumentation

Experience commissioning, fault-finding, and optimising control systems

Confident leading and mentoring engineering teams
