We are currently looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join a renowned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Leeds.. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team working on iconic and innovative projects both in the UK and internationally.

About the Role

You’ll contribute to the design and delivery of a wide variety of buildings and infrastructure, from large-scale developments to elegant architectural structures. You’ll play a key role in developing sustainable engineering solutions, with a strong focus on reducing embodied carbon and pushing the boundaries of modern methods of construction.

Responsibilities



Lead structural engineering design for diverse and complex projects.

*

Use advanced analysis tools and software to create efficient, resilient designs.

*

Collaborate with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.

*

Mentor junior engineers and review technical work.

*

Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement across projects.

About You

You are a technically strong and creative structural engineer who brings:

*

Significant experience in structural design for buildings and infrastructure.

*

A solid understanding of UK design codes and standards.

*

Proficiency with analysis and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, CSC Fastrak, TEDDS, ROBOT, ETABS, SAFE).

*

Chartered status (ICE or IStructE), or nearing chartership.

*

A degree in civil or structural engineering (BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc).
