Civil Engineer, 4-6 years site experience in Groundworks & RC frames. For a Construction and Building contractor on a Cut and Carve project. Setting out, supervision and QA role. CSCS, SMSTS. £330 - £350/ shift CIS, negotiable. Must be conversant with robotic equipment, Leica TS 15 or 16 and very capable with AutoCAD. Knightsbridge area. MUST be capable of using FIELDVIEW and should have 2 years plus experience in using tablets.

Civil Engineer for Civils, RC & Building Contractor. Immediate requirement for a robust and growing Contractor founded over 20 years ago to provide high quality services to the construction industry. New basements and conversion work to existing structures. You should enjoy setting out and the challenges it brings.

The Project: Extensive Basements, incorporating “Cut and carve” on this project, with RC frames or traditional build, Groundworks, and hard landscaping. Working on prime residential schemes in London’s premier areas.

Company profile. The business operates in the London market. Schemes involve working on groundworks, civil engineering, construction, drainage solutions and reinforced concrete frames, including the design and construction of basements apartments and houses on residential conversion and enhancement projects with high specification finishes.

Your Profile. A Civil Engineering Degree, a good track record of working with a recognised main or sub-contractor in the Civils or RC areas where you have been setting out. Familiar with Leica equipment and a good understanding of AutoCAD. Good command of oral and written English is essential. You must be someone who takes pride in your work and has a hard-working ethic.

Health & Safety is of extremely high importance on all the sites and the company monitors levels of health and safety and understands the importance of integrating and working closely with site teams to ensure a safe working environment for everyone concerned. You will be expected to promote a strong Health & Safety culture. CSCS essential, TWC and SSSTS/SMSTS are advantageous
