We're now looking for a Software Test Manager to lead their quality assurance strategy and help drive the reliability and scalability of their digital health solutions (Hybrid role, one day per week onsite in London).

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the company’s test function, shape the test strategy across web and mobile platforms, and make a meaningful impact on product quality, user experience, and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the software test team, ensuring high standards of performance and delivery.

  • Own and implement the company’s test strategy across web and mobile platforms.

  • Build and maintain scalable, automated test frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Ensure strong test coverage across functional, performance, and regression areas.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective test plans.

    We’re looking for a Software Test Manager with:

  • 7+ years in software testing, including 2+ in a leadership role.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Appium, Selenium, or Robot Framework.

  • Solid scripting ability (e.g. Python or JavaScript) and CI/CD integration knowledge.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and regulated industries (e.g. ISO 13485).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.
