Key Responsibilities



Design and deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

*

Produce detailed structural calculations, specifications, and construction drawings.

*

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver coordinated designs.

*

Participate in client meetings and contribute to design workshops and technical reviews.

*

Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and supervise construction work as required.

*

Support and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

*

Stay up to date with evolving technologies, materials, and sustainability standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

*

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

*

Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design, ideally in a consultancy environment.

*

Proficient in Eurocodes and local building regulations (Ireland/UK).

*

Skilled in design software (e.g. Tekla, Robot, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*

Passion for architectural collaboration and quality-driven design.

Desirable:

*

Chartered Engineer status or working toward Chartership (CEng MIEI / MIStructE).

*

Experience working on complex or landmark architectural projects.

*

Familiarity with BIM workflows and sustainable design principles.
