We are working with an established systems integrator who supply the Food/Beverage markets. Based in the North West, they are currently on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Workshop Manager to supervise their small control panel build team.

Workshop Manager - The Role:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the control panel build team

Supervise and update electrical drawings and documentation

Maintain a safe workshop

Oversee the build-up and testing of all cabinets

Organise the transport of equipment and electrical panels to and from site

Responsible for monitoring and purchasing stock required for panel manufacturing

Take charge of Health & Safety in the workshop and on site

Handle project documentation, including RAMS and permits

Workshop Manager - The Person:

Completed a 3-year apprenticeship (ONC, HNC is a plus)

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in managing a workshop

Previous experience of maintaining workshop inventory and purchasing required

The ability to read and understand Electrical & Mechanical drawings

Knowledge in conveyor and robot systems ideal
