Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 08:54 – 16:30
Friday: 08:54 – 13:30

Enhanced Overtime:

Mon–Fri: +1/3

Saturday: +1/2

Sunday: double time

Role Overview

We are working with a leading engineering/manufacturing company seeking experienced Cladding Machine Operatives to join their production team. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in welding robots, spot welding, or industrial machine operation.

The successful candidate will operate and maintain cladding machinery, produce high-quality components, and ensure machines run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain 360° cladding machines

Change consumables such as tips/nozzles

Process tubes through linishers

Monitor quality and make minor machine adjustments

Follow strict health & safety procedures

Support team objectives and maintain a clean, organised workspace

Candidate Requirements

Experience with cladding machines, welding robots, or spot welding (essential)

Mechanical awareness and attention to detail

Quality-focused and reliable team player

Ability to work safely in a production environment

What’s On Offer

£14.00 per hour

Temp-to-Perm role with training provided

Early finish every Friday

Hands-on work with advanced machinery

Enhanced overtime pay: Mon–Fri +1/3 | Sat +1/2 | Sun double time
