Full-time: Monday- Thursday 08:00-17:00 Friday- 08:00-14:00
Salary: £15.00 – £17.50 per hour + overtime at 1.5x Basic Rate 
Location: Between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury (with UK & North America travel, 30–40%)
Driving licence is required

What you’ll be doing:
Assembling and installing automation machinery and systems, both in-house and onsite.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, ensuring precision and quality every time.
Getting hands-on with mechanical builds, and contributing to electrical wiring when needed.
Travelling (30–40%) to customer sites, with trips of up to 2 weeks, typically 5–6 times per year.
Representing the business with professionalism, whether on the shop floor or with clients overseas.What we’re looking for:
Apprentice-trained or qualified Mechanical/Electrical Fitter with 3+ years’ experience.
Skilled with industrial machinery, conveyors, pneumatics, valves, and sub-assemblies.
Confident with tools, drawings, and working independently or in a team.
Flexible and enthusiastic about travel—UK and international.
A proactive, reliable, and solution-focused individual who takes pride in their work.What’s on offer:
