Frontend Engineer | TypeScript & React | Salary £55-70k | Hybrid (flexible hybrid working in central Cambridge)

I’m working with an established start-up, who leverage AI & Machine Learning to increase the efficacy of medical imaging data, which super-charges clinical trials and helps identify effective treatments for a range of illnesses.

It’s full steam ahead with enhancing their product range further and due to continued growth of their customer base, they need a new Frontend Engineer to join the team.

You’ll utilise your React & TypeScript skills to progress the UI of various products, whilst maintaining a strong consideration for UX and accessibility for users.

What you’ll need

A proven background as a Frontend Engineer
Excellent experience with React & TypeScript
They’re using Vite & Next.js across various projects, so experience with either of these tools is beneficial
Some appreciation for UX and how to develop a UI that is highly accessible and easy to use
Experience of AWS & working on cloud-based systems
Any DevOps knowledge such as containerisation or CI/CD pipelines would be beneficial
A background in a medtech or regulated industry is advantageous
Experience of operating in a start-up environment would be a strong bonus
