Are you an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a role offering training on PLC fault-finding, where you will be working on bespoke manufacturing machinery?

Do you have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, 17/18 edition or another Electrical qualification, seeking a role within a closely-knit team of technical experts?

In this role you will be working to maintain bespoke machinery within an automated environment. This will include working reactively and preventatively, fault-finding electrical components and PLC's to find the root cause of issues. Full training on this machinery, as well as PLC's, will be provided.

Established over 150 years ago, this company has a huge history in the timber production industry, now part of an international conglomerate of timber mills. Due to the high demand of this industry this role will be crucial in continuing the smooth running of operations.

This role will suit an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background, looking to hone their skills through funded training and the help of experienced engineers.

The Role:

  • Reactive and Preventative maintenance of bespoke manufacturing machinery
  • Training on PLC fault-finding and modification of programs
  • Working a Three-week rotating shift pattern
