A rare opportunity to join a global engineering business working on technically challenging projects with real-world impact. Recent projects include developing an innovative pilot plant for greener hydrogen production, automating labour-intensive manufacturing processes, and designing bespoke production equipment.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll lead projects from concept through to manufacture, combining mechanical design, product development and manufacturing engineering to deliver innovative solutions.

The Role

• Lead mechanical design and development projects from concept through to manufacture.

• Develop machinery, automation and manufacturing solutions.

• Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work closely with manufacturing, suppliers and project teams to deliver practical engineering solutions.

About You

• Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing engineering or product development.

• Strong understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM).

• Background in machinery, automation, robotics, fabrication, welding or special purpose equipment.

• Degree qualified or time-served with relevant engineering experience.
