Location: Royston (SG8)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a client local to Royston to help drive the R&D efforts of their rapidly growing technology business.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in manufacturing activities to understand product development and testing
  
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the manufacture of existing and new released designs
  
• Continuous improvement of processes
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Proven experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role, ideally within robotics, automation, or advanced assembly.
  *Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, standardised work and process development.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven and detail-oriented.
  
• Confident communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain and external partners.
  *Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused engineering environment.
