£57,500 + Company Benefits + Overtime

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking skilled Multi Skilled Engineers to join their established technical and engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, investment-driven company with modern production facilities and a strong focus on continuous improvement, reliability, and operational excellence.

The successful Multi Skilled Engineer will play a key role in ensuring maximum plant uptime, driving performance improvements, and maintaining high engineering standards across the site.

The main responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:

* Mechanical and electrical maintenance across all production operations

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown support

* Ensuring machinery is maintained and fully functional – automated machinery, robotics, conveyor systems – mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics

* Fault finding and diagnostics on PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce downtime, and improve cost efficiency

* Assisting production teams with machinery issues, changeovers, and machine set-ups

* Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades

* Working to health & safety standards and site compliance procedures

* Providing guidance and relevant training to production staff where appropriate

* Accurately completing maintenance documentation and reporting
