JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Paint Sprayer on behalf of our established client based in Walsall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paint sprayer seeking long-term, full-time employment with the potential to secure a permanent contract after 13 weeks.

The Role:

*

Manual spraying of automotive components, including brake calipers

*

Operating an automated robot spraying machine

*

Ensuring high-quality finish and attention to detail

*

Working to production targets in a fast-paced environment

*

Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

*

Previous experience manually spraying automotive parts (essential)

*

Experience spraying brake calipers (highly desirable)

*

Ability to operate or willingness to learn automated robotic spray systems

*

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

*

Reliable and able to commit to night shifts

Working Hours:

*

Monday to Thursday: 18:00 – 06:00

Pay Rate:

£13.50 per hour

Contract Details:

Temporary to permanent opportunity, with a full-time contract offered after 13 successful weeks.
