Project Manager - Industrial Automation & Digital Transformation

Staffordshire (travel into the office 3 times per week)
Caniddate must be UK based

A leading organisation in the industrial automation and digital transformation sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver critical projects across energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end project deliver from bid validation to final handover using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. They will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements:

Proven project management experience, ideally in IT, digital, or cyber security

Strong leadership and communication skills

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches

Commercial and risk management awareness

Willingness to travel within the UK

Desirable:

Agile certifications (e.g. PMI-ACP)

Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Experience of renewable power/energy sector and automation/power sector control systemsBenefits include:
