Robotics Engineer – Key responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact for logging, assessing and communicating technical issues with clients.

Carry out routine checks and servicing to keep systems operating efficiently.

Diagnose faults and troubleshoot automated laboratory equipment and robotics.

Commission on robotic equipment, ensuring client requirements and expectations are met.

Document detailed service reports for traceability purposes and follow up with clients ensuring customer satisfaction.

Robotics Engineer - Essential Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience in a field service (or customer-facing) engineering position

Experience with the operation and maintenance of robotic systems, including and of the following: ABB, Staubli, Universal Robots, and Brooks Automation.

Strong background in servicing, maintaining and commissioning on technical equipment, with a focus on Electro-mechanical systems

HNC or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Competent with the maintenance of robotic systems

Ability to travel globally majority of the time

Robotics Engineer - Benefits:
