Salary: up to £42,000Location: CorbyHours: 40 hours Monday to Friday We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our engineering team at Arvato in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and continuous improvement of all site equipment and automation systems.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, highly automated environment, requiring both strong technical knowledge and practical experience with automation and control systems. Your Tasks:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on site equipment and automation systems.
Diagnose and resolve equipment faults to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operation.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and efficiency.
Support and train other engineers and technicians as required.
Liaise with production and operations teams to prioritise engineering activities.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site standards and regulations.  Your Profile:
Proven experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of automation systems (PLC control, conveyors, robotics, etc.).
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Relevant engineering qualification
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.   We Offer
