We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electromechanical Service Manager to lead our field service operations within the mail sortation industry. T
his is a key role requiring a strong technical background in electromechanical systems, excellent customer engagement, and proven analytical ability to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of field service engineers across multiple client sites
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and servicing of automated mail sortation equipment
Develop strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for service issues and performance reviews
Monitor service KPIs and generate performance reports using operational data
Identify trends, root causes of failures, and develop action plans to improve system reliability and service efficiency
Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Ensure compliance with health and safety, regulatory, and company standards Requirements

Proven experience managing electromechanical service teams, ideally within the mail or parcel automation industry
Strong knowledge of automated handling systems, conveyors, robotics, and PLC-based controls
Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with high-profile clients
Advanced data analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
Degree or relevant qualification in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering preferred Why Join Us?
