ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 
 
An opportunity has arisen for a talented Account Manager in the Scotland & Northwest Area interested in technology and able to position commercially attractive and technically beneficial solutions to existing and new customers in the automation and control sector. You would be selling into a wide range of customers from small to medium enterprises up to blue chip companies.
 
You would be responsible for managing and developing sales within a territory typically of one or two counties with an existing customer base of around 70 accounts together spending around £2M. As an Account Manager, you would decide the strategy and use the best resource to ensure great customer service. You will also find new opportunities by following up marketing leads and using your own networking skills and knowledge of your territory. 
 
Based from home, you should be planning on visiting customers 4 days a week. Our fantastic local internal sales team based in Leeds are here to support you and your customers with their orders, allowing you the freedom to get out and see your customers and develop the range of products and services we can supply them. You will be encouraged to use the industry-leading technical experience of our product specialists who will accompany you on visits where specific technical experience and knowledge is valued.

GSCEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English. 
It would be advantageous to have knowledge of Control and Automation, or other technical solutions gained within a sales environment however training will be given.
