As a Graduate Control Systems Engineer, you will join a supportive team of experienced engineers who will help you develop your technical skills, commercial awareness, and project delivery capabilities.

The role:



Assist in the design, development, and implementation of PLC, SCADA, and HMI-based control systems

*

Support system testing, commissioning, and fault-finding activities on-site and remotely

*

Work with senior engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget

*

Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and project reports

*

Learn industry standards and best practices for safety, quality, and compliance

Skills required:

*

A degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control, Mechatronic or Automation Engineering (or related)

*

Strong interest in control systems, industrial automation, or process engineering

*

Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) or a desire to learn

*

Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach

*

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

*

Willingness to travel occasionally for site work
