Head of AI – London – £100k – £200k

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding AI solutions company in London who are now looking to develop a brand new AI platform utilising the latest technology in LLM’s and NLP.

The company are in a highly lucrative industry with excellent scope for new R&D and project development. They are looking for an experienced Head of AI with solid experience building R&D teams, leading the Architecture of brand new projects and ideally someone with a background in hands on Machine Learning principles.

As the Head of AI, you will be the main contributor and decision maker on the technical direction of the companies products. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who is looking to be part of a well known companies plan for growth!

Due to the initial onboarding and develop, this will initially be onsite with more remote working later on. This company does not provide sponsorship.

Key Skills:

  • Masters or PhD in Machine Learning, Physics or Similar

  • 10+ years commercial experience working on Machine Learning projects with hands on experience in Architecture design for new projects.

  • 4+ years experience leading technical projects and teams

  • Solid commercial LLM and NLP product experience

  • A background in C++ and Python or similar languages

  • Excellent experience dealing with stakeholders and decision makers

  • Previous experience being part of the hiring process is highly desirable.
