The Role

This role is vital in ensuring our production processes run efficiently, especially as we implement new technology to enhance automation and management reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for animal feed ingredient manufacturing.
*    Troubleshoot and maintain existing PLC systems (Siemens S7), including programming using ladder logic.
*    Operate, maintain, and enhance existing SCADA systems (Wonderware) for smooth production and improved reporting.
*    Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues related to industrial panels, PLCs, standalone controllers, and sensors.
*    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive process improvements and innovation.
*    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a problem solver with a strong electrical and automation background, capable of working independently while contributing to a team-driven environment. About you:

*    PLC programming expertise (Siemens S7 preferred), including ladder logic and SCADA systems.
*    Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, panel design, installation, and troubleshooting.
*    Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
*    High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
*    Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
*    Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural, or related field) OR equivalent experience.
*    Prior experience in the animal feed or food industry is beneficial but not essential.
