What You Will Do:
Assemble mechanical sub-systems such as frames, chassis structures, brackets, housings, and drivetrain components.
Install mechanical fixings, including bolts, inserts, rivets, and threaded fasteners, ensuring they meet torque and specification requirements.
Perform accurate alignment, adjustment, and calibration of moving parts to guarantee smooth operation.
Read, interpret, and work from mechanical drawings, exploded diagrams, and build instructions.
Conduct mechanical checks, including alignment tests, torque verification, and tolerance inspections.
Collaborate with electro-mechanical technicians and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and provide feedback on potential improvements.
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience in mechanical assembly, fitting, manufacturing, or a related engineering environment.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical measurement tools such as calipers and torque wrenches, and basic workshop equipment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to working effectively within a team.
