Welding Supervisor (Nights) – Nuneaton – Up to £40,000 + Shift allowance!

The Role

As a Welding Supervisor, you’ll be the beating heart of the workshop, leading a talented team of welders in delivering top-notch results. From MIG and TIG to robotic welding, you’ll oversee it all, ensuring every spark flies in the right direction. Whether you’re managing workflows, mentoring welders, or ensuring safety standards are met, this is your chance to step up and make your mark.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate your welding team to hit production targets with precision

Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring health and safety is never compromised.

Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines like a pro.

Train and develop team members, turning great welders into exceptional ones.
