We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic fabrication team. We’re looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder with a strong background in metalwork and fabrication. Whether you’ve completed an apprenticeship, hold a BTEC Level 3 in Welding/Fabrication, or have equivalent industry experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our fabrication team, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, bespoke architectural and structural steelwork. Working in our modern and efficient workshops equipped with advanced CNC machinery, you’ll ensure precision and consistency in every project.
Typical Projects Include:

Feature staircases and access stairs
Gantries and walkways
Balustrades and handrails
Balconies
Structural steel components
Custom architectural featuresOpportunities for Growth:
We are also hoping to find someone interested in working with our Tube Bending Machine and Welding Robot. We offer full training for operating these machines, but if you already have experience with similar equipment, that would be a real bonus!

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in fabrication or manufacturing (minimum 5 years)
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Team player with good communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Flexible and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
