About You

  • Degree (2:1 or above) from a top 200 UK university, with strong A-level results.
  • A STEM degree is highly desirable (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Data Science).
  • Clear, engaging writing skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Highly organised with strong project and deadline management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborator across Commercial, Technical, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and intellectually curious.
  • Must have some understanding of RFPs or tender processes.
  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Prior bid/proposal experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Graduates with a relevant internship year are welcome.
    What the Role Involves
  • Supporting the full RFP and proposal lifecycle.
  • Coordinating timelines, contributors, and reviews.
  • Working with Product, Technical, and Legal teams to gather accurate information.
  • Drafting, editing, and refining compelling AI-driven proposals.
  • Maintaining consistency, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Helping develop a high-quality proposal library.
  • Using internal AI tools to improve process efficiency and quality.
