About You

Degree (2:1 or above) from a top 200 UK university, with strong A-level results.
A STEM degree is highly desirable (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Data Science).
Clear, engaging writing skills tailored to different audiences.
Highly organised with strong project and deadline management.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong collaborator across Commercial, Technical, Product, and Legal teams.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and intellectually curious.
Must have some understanding of RFPs or tender processes.
A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Prior bid/proposal experience beneficial but not essential.
Graduates with a relevant internship year are welcome.
What the Role Involves
Supporting the full RFP and proposal lifecycle.
Coordinating timelines, contributors, and reviews.
Working with Product, Technical, and Legal teams to gather accurate information.
Drafting, editing, and refining compelling AI-driven proposals.
Maintaining consistency, clarity, and professionalism.
Helping develop a high-quality proposal library.
Using internal AI tools to improve process efficiency and quality.
