Overview: Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer, we are looking for a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to join their established team in support of continued business growth.

Remit:

* This position will suit a skilled Injection Moulding Technician who is looking to continue their own personal development and career progression

* Candidates MUST HAVE demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing with the ability to set, condition and optimise injection moulding machines

* Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join a forward-thinking company during a time of continued business growth

Role:

* The successful Injection Moulding Technician will be responsible for all tool changes as and when required to set up machines to run new products within a specific timeframe

* As Injection Moulding Technician you will be accountable for setting up injection moulding machinery to first off standard, ensuring use of set process.

* In the role of Injection Moulding Technician, you will monitor injection moulding process to include condition setting, ensuring product quality and reliability.

* Ensure all mould tooling is maintained to a high standard, liaising with the tooling department when faults are identified to ensure rectification ensuring schedules are adhered to.

* Ensure the quality department are made aware of any injection moulding issues and all non-conforming plastic products are quarantined.

* Ensure all H&S regulations and guidelines are adhered to, and any non-conformances report to relevant personnel.

* Conduct detailed daily handovers between shifts.

Experience Requirements:

* Industry recognised injection moulding qualification

* Experience with Romi machines and Sepro robots an advantage

* Demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing

* Good communication and people skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Reliable and flexible, self motivated and enthusiastic

* Continuous improvement mindset
