Description

Key responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Electrical fault-finding on panels and PLCs.
maintenance of robotics and other automated equipment.
Diagnose and repair machinery faults to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all tasks.
Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimise performance and efficiency.
Participate in planned shutdowns and project work as required.
Provide technical support and training to other team members when necessary.Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

Apprenticeship/education in Electrical Maintenance or Engineering.
Ideally 18th edition wiring regulations.
Experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.
