Senior Research Engineer - Addlestone – £80k - DSP

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly expanding Electronics manufacturer company based in Addlestone, Surrey who are now seeking a Senior Research Engineer, with exposure to C++ or Matlab for Signal Processing algorithm design.

The company have recently won a lucrative project, and are now expanding the team across Software, Hardware and Test. They’re now seeking a Senior Research Engineer with good exposure working on Ruggedised Electronics.

As this is a brand new R&D project, they are open to Senior Research Engineers working on a range of products, but solid hands on DSP algorithm design is essential Due to the nature of the work, the role will be mostly onsite.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Maths, Physics or similar degree

* 3+ years commercial algorithm experience for DSP’s

* Good commercial C++ or Matlab experience

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Previous experience working as a sole contributor

* Current or ability to gain SC clearance
