Software Support Engineer – Isle of Wight | £37k-£50k

Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a leading specialist software solutions company. They are looking for a Software Support Engineer who will be reporting to the Engineering Manager. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam.

Key skills required for this role:

  • Over 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and deploying software packages and solutions.

  • Solid foundation in software and systems engineering.

  • Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems.

  • Familiarity with relational databases, networking, and communication protocols.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • A natural problem-solver with a strong analytical and methodical approach.

  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team, with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.

    The salary for this Software Support Engineer role will be £37,000-£50,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
