Software Support Engineer – Isle of Wight | £37k-£50k

Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a leading specialist software solutions company. They are looking for a Software Support Engineer who will be reporting to the Engineering Manager. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam.

Key skills required for this role:

Over 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and deploying software packages and solutions.
Solid foundation in software and systems engineering.
Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems.
Familiarity with relational databases, networking, and communication protocols.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A natural problem-solver with a strong analytical and methodical approach.
Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team, with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.

The salary for this Software Support Engineer role will be £37,000-£50,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
