Your new role
In this role, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, highly automated production environment, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting and resolving issues on advanced CNC machinery, robotics, and conveyor systems controlled by PLCs.
Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and reacting swiftly to unplanned breakdowns to reduce downtime.
Partnering with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability and support continuous improvement efforts.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and contributing to long-term solutions through root-cause analysis.What you'll need to succeed

A time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
Hands-on experience maintaining high-speed, automated manufacturing equipment.
Strong fault-finding skills on PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron).
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the flexibility to work a Panama shift schedule.What you'll get in return
