Product Engineer - £47-£52k - Fareham

Join a growing manufacturing business in Portsmouth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in electronic and mechanical assembly who enjoys supporting production and improving processes.

Free parking What you'll do:

Create and maintain build documentation (Assembly Aids, BOMs, work instructions) to support production teams.
Convert customer drawings & part lists into shop-floor-ready documentation.
Provide engineering support across SMT, wave solder, robotic soldering, hand soldering, PCB inspection/cleaning, and final assembly.About you:

Experience in electronic manufacturing
Strong understanding of PCB assembly and related processes (SMT, wave solder, test, etc.).
Confident creating and controlling manufacturing documents.
Comfortable with technical drawings, BOMs and MRP/ERP systems.
Calm, detail-focused, and proactive problem solver.Salary & Hours

£47k - £52k
Competitive salary, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent role
