Project Manager

£70,000 - £100,000 DOE + c10% Bonus + Profit Share

Northern Ireland - Relocation Assistance and Sponsorship available

Project Manager - The Role:

Lead end-to-end project delivery – from initiation through final acceptance testing
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding both technical and commercial needs
Manage budgets, validate financials, and ensure ongoing cost control
Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (Budget, Labour Forecasts, Risk Register, Schedules, Change Management, Lessons Learned)
Build and manage detailed project schedules (MS Project for complex projects), with a focus on identifying and maintaining the Critical Path
Report regularly to senior leadership and clients on progress, risks, and outcomes
Manage scope changes through formal Change Control processes using internal tools
Lead project close-out reviews, capturing learnings and driving continuous improvement
Project Manager - The Person:

Proven project management experience within a relevant industry (e.g., bespoke capital equipment, industrial automation, engineering systems)
Demonstrated success delivering multiple, complex projects with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of capital equipment engineering and/or automation technologies
Degree-level education or equivalent, with strong project management aptitude
Practical knowledge of project planning tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts, risk assessments)
Strong commercial awareness, including familiarity with contractual and financial project elements
Sound analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
Strong customer service mindset with a talent for relationship-building
A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead or contribute within a team
A continuous improvement mindset—open to new ideas and ways of working
Located in Northern Ireland, relocation assistance can be provided and the role is also open to

experienced individuals based in the UK who require sponsorship.
