Sales Manager - Exhibitions Circa £45K London - Office based

A fast-growing B2B media and events organisation is looking for a Sales Manager to join its expanding exhibitions portfolio. Operating across logistics, supply chain, robotics, automation, and urban mobility, the business delivers some of the industry's most dynamic international events and publications. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager who wants to take ownership of high-value sales activity, shape strategy, and drive year-on-year revenue growth.

As the Sales Manager, you'll lead by example, manage key accounts, shape sales strategy, and work closely with senior leadership to maximise commercial performance. This is a senior execution role suited to someone with deep experience in exhibition sales and a strong drive for results.

You will:

· Deliver and exceed your own revenue target across multiple exhibitions

· Own sales strategy for selected shows, working with the Head of Sales

· Lead pitch preparation and negotiate key commercial agreements

· Develop tailored, insight-led proposals for clients

· Contribute to pricing strategy and floorplan planning

· Mentor Account Managers and support best practices around rebooking, pipeline management, and CRM usage

· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the wider portfolio

· Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

You will need:

· 5+ years of exhibition sales experience

· A strong track record of exceeding sales targets

· Experience managing key accounts and securing large commercial deals

· Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness

· Strong understanding of the full B2B event cycle

· Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting

· Confidence working in a fast-paced and commercially focused environment
