As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will work within a talented team of engineers and technicians, contributing to residential, commercial, education, health and hotel projects. With scope to lead projects and teams, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver sustainable, cost-effective designs.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for structural design. If you're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be for you!

    What You Need To Succeed
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience in structural design.
  • Ability to lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Experience in designing a variety of building types and materials.
  • Comfortable leading a team, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Competent conducting structural analysis and design for a variety of building structures.
  • Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and Eurocodes.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, Robot and/or MasterSeries.
  • Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply to a range of stakeholders.
  • Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
