Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have an unmissable opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer! Our client is looking to add a talented individual to their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects across the industrial, residential, and education sectors.

The position is offered on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week based in the client's Liverpool office.

Our client is an award-winning engineering consultancy, providing multi-disciplinary services across civil, structural, transport planning, and geo-environmental engineering sectors.

What you will be responsible for:

-Manage and lead structural engineering projects from concept to completion.

-Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

-Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

-Prepare and review detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications.

-Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

-Attend site visits and inspections as required.

Key Requirements:

-Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng preferred).

-Chartered or near-chartered status with ICE or IStructE.

-Extensive experience within this role or similar, and a considerable amount of experience leading teams.

-Proficiency in design software such as Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or similar.

-Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.

-Excellent communication and leadership skills.

-Proven ability to manage projects and work within deadlines and budgets.
