We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Site Engineer for a new build residential development in Bury St Edmunds, working with a well-established groundworks subcontractor. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a solid team delivering key infrastructure and groundworks packages.

Key Responsibilities:



Setting out for foundations, drainage, roads, and external works

*

Working with TS16 robotic instrument

*

Producing and maintaining site records, as-built drawings, and QA documentation

*

Liaising with the site management team to ensure works are delivered to spec and programme

*

Ensuring accuracy and compliance with design drawings

Requirements:

*

Proven experience working as a Site Engineer in groundworks and civil engineering

*

Proficient with Trimble TS16 or similar robotic instruments

*

Strong understanding of setting out, interpreting drawings, and QA procedures

*

CSCS Card – essential

*

Own equipment preferred but not essential
