This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of automated machinery supplying the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. Whether you're an ambitious Controls Engineer looking to develop your PLC and motion control expertise or an experienced Systems Engineer seeking greater project ownership, this role offers excellent technical variety, career progression and the chance to work on industry-leading automation equipment.

The Role:

From PLC software development and project management through to introducing new technologies and supporting machine innovation, this varied role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and take ownership in areas such as:

Designing and developing PLC software for automated machinery projects using Beckhoff, B&R or Siemens platforms

Producing detailed technical documentation and project records

Planning and managing projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget

Supporting machine development from concept through to commissioning

Introducing new technologies and innovative engineering solutions

Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality automation systems

Supporting continuous improvement and product development initiatives

What We're Looking For:

We're open to developing Controls Engineers looking to take the next step in their career or experienced Systems Engineers ready to lead complex automation projects. You could be a great fit if you have experience of:

PLC software development for automated machinery

Beckhoff, B&R or Siemens TIA control systems

Industrial automation and machine control applications

Project planning and delivery within engineering environments

Motion control programming and servo systems

Producing technical documentation and specifications

Solving complex engineering and automation challenges

Working collaboratively within project-focused engineering teams
